I want to add a room to my slab house .Can I add a wall foundation room? I don't want to pour concrete?

your going to have to pour concrete one way or another, If you want the same level flooring. If you had a raised foundation or stem wall then that would be a different thing---but your stem wall, or foundation supports have to be above ground level depending on the building codes in your area. You would have already know this if you had contacted them. Your City Government have trained experts to answer your question and help you with your plans, and getting a permit.
