How can I report about antitrust and other violations done by Philip Morris corporation abroad of USA?

I witnessed violations done by Philip Morris Kazakhstan, member of Philip Morris International against their international competitors Gallaher and JTI in my country - i.e. this company was using competitor's doents like invoices, customs declarations for making business decisions to sustain market leadership. I know that because I was ordered by management of this company to yze secretly these doents given to me by them... Also I witnessed when this company ordered and made illegal land burials of written-off materials in order to avoid authorization and fees payments for proper utilization. I have doented proves and other witnesses locally. I reported about these facts to DOJ by e-mail (to ASKDOJ@usdoj.gov and Antitrust.compliant@usdoj.gov) and received an answer that does not satisfy me : "Please also understand that a forwarded complaint does not guarantee that the Division will open an investigation. Should our legal staff need further information, they may contact you in the future." Also I reported o JTI, European Commission, independent journalists – no results. I need your help.
