Hi there, how can i clean my dog's feet after taking her out for bathroom? do u suggest shoes for my dog.?

i had made up my mind not to buy a puppy till i went back to iran. but when i saw Luvina in the pet shop, I lost control and I bought her at the spot. here in India, people spit and urinate in the street! I feel really uncomfortable to take Luvina outside several times a day and bring her home without washing her first. but she is a labrador and is going to become very heavy. i thought about filling a basin with water+ a kind of cleaner and place it outside the doorstep and make her to walk through it before entering the house. what do U suggest? what cleaner is the best? do U have a better idea? please help. believe me here the streets are really dirty, and if i don't take enough precaution we would both fall sick.
