I have agreed for my ex-school psychologist to be contacted?

Three months ago, my school psychologist got a no-contact order against me. I'm attending therapy elsewhere now. I just graduated from high school. I signed a lease for them to contact my ex-school psychologist, to relieve anxiety as I have stalked her. They will contact her soon. The police came by a couple of months ago to warn me. Although this won't resurrect our dead relationship, it will certainly relieve the anxiety factor (on her part), because she was scared. Is this a good idea?
