Would you give someone a birthday handshake?

Yeah i would do it for him. Probably a couple hours but I would want to talk to so things wouldnt get too awkward but if it was staring in the eyes, then i would juat gaze and stare. Outfit? Well i would be myself and just wear a normal skirt and if i liked him and he liked girls with tucked in shirts then i would do it for him.
