Besides the poorest of the poor who else would benefit from the "redistribution of wealth" Obama style?

Does anyone realize that North Koreans, Cubans and all the former Soviet block countries are and were the poorer the more they redistribute wealth. Redistribution is a wealth killer THE POOR CANNOT AFFORD IT, JUST LOOK AT NORTH KOREA, FAMINE AND MISERY EVERYWHERE.
