Married filed separately?

hello me and my wife are very happy married when we got a estimate of tax return filed jointly with our daughter it was 89 dollars but if i do married filed separately and my wife claims my daughter we get a big difference back my question is can me and my wife file married filed separately and have her claim my daughter and i do my taxes myself as married filed separately is that ok to do please guys and gals help honest answers thanks again
