Should we bring bck the death penalty and severe punishments and how can we as the public put it into action?

Because of a lot of bleeding heart liberals, the fact of the matter is that getting the policy reinstated is not enough. It has to be enforced. That means that the 'human rights' of these killing, raping animals has to be 'protected' - this means years of appeals through the courts and, ultimately, a death penalty with absoluted no deterrent effect.
