Timelord babies, is it possible that donna and rose can have them?

In the alternative dimension, if Handy and Rose were to have a kid, I'm pretty certain it wouldn't be a proper Time Tot/Gallifreyan/whatever. Handy only has one heart and can't regenerate, Rose only has one heart and can't regenerate. It's reasonable to ume any offspring will have one heart and can't regenerate. Same goes with Donna having a kid with a human.
