Help, extreme penile drowning suffocation sensation?

My had a secret that he would not share with me so I decided to try the chinese water torture method. I submerged him in a bowl of water until he started to choke and when I pulled him out, he was laying there lifeless. I then proceeded to give him mouth-to-mouth at which he started spitting out water. I am now worried that I have severed our trust. Not only that, but I still have an extreme penile suffocation sensation. What should I do?
