Work situation what should I do?

On Monday I told a colleague of mine Kimmy that she was cute. Two days later after work she said to come with her that someone would like to meet me. I met an oldish guy who gave me his business card and gave a firm handshake. He then said "Hi I'm Dave the proprietor of this company and Kimmy is my daughter.". You turn and look at her and she is there with a cheeky monkey grin on her face and just smiling at you two. You then have to apologise and dash to catch your subway train home. Now everyone says that this girl wants me or at least looks this way. I have a nice girl that I love, she is indeed cute but I didn't mean I want to get with her. So how to handle it? Obviously I want to be tactful and not make a bad situation with the owner nor his daughter. Any ideas?
