Should i be worried ?

hello im a 32 y/o female had hysterectomy done 4 months ago . about 2 months later i started feeling a burning sensation in my left below the nipple . way before that happen i noticed a small almond shape lump , but since my gyn didnt say anything i didnt think it was a problem . only he said i had fibrocyst change. anyways now im feeling that burning , when i bend or lay on my stomach it burns or if lean on something very uncomfy . anyways should i be worried or is it something to do with hormones ? since i no longer have a monthly ? thank you for your input ..
