I think I have strep any ideas would be helpful!!?

Hello. I think I have strep throat. I don't have health insurance right now due to loosing my job or I would go to the doc ASAP. I have a very painful throat with swollen glands, tonsils and white spots on tonsils. I am gargling with salt water, taking ibuprofen, Loads of vitamins, hot broth.. and it just hurts so bad to swallow! Any ideas on what could make my throat feel better? Thanks!
