You can do a Writ of Execution because of the judgment in your behalf. It's a simple formality of paperwork and he will see the Constable, they in return will take everything he owns for auction and you get a check from the Constable. make sure you charge him for every dime, including fees and all expendatures, the Constable doesn't care about the amount....hope he has a new car.
