Do you know if?

police enforce temporary orders? My fiancee just went to court with his ex and there is a temp order in place and he said she isn't going to do it. The idea is that they are suppose to do this for now so that the child can get use to my fiancee and then the perm order will be put in place in 2 months. The judge was told about it and both parties signed the sheet. Then not even outside the courthouse the BM says that she is not going to do it. The lawyer told him to show up anyways and call the police if she doesn't let him. But I wasn't sure if the police would enforce a temp order? thanks.
