Do you feel that sending Black students to Michelle Obama's workshop about Motown music is a waste of tax $$?

Obviously it is, promoting one culture or any culture, no matter which culture or how worthy of a cause it may be is not the duty of the American taxpayer, private organizations are capable of doing that, so yes it is wasteful spending, no matter which party does it
