Cotto v pacqiao question?

I know pac now calls the shots right now but how do they expect miguel to move down to 142 to fight them, the expect mosley to do the same. If the fight was at 145 at least i think cotto will KO pac as he knows how to handle fast fighters judah and mosley and because of his bodyshots.
