I agree Xyzal is a great prescription drug. If you're looking for over the counter Zyrtec or Claritin are great. Also try Zyrtec-D or Claritin-D these contain decongestants for that phlegm cough or pressure in the nasal cavities. Try keeping him distant from any pet hair or dander. Also watch out for dust particles--spring cleaning may be in order.
